If you bought the game on Humble, I'd suggest installing the DRM-free version, to see if the problem continues there. This could help you isolate the problem to Steam. Though I'd imagine you bought this directly on Steam, so that may not be an option.
Since no other games do this, I doubt it's your graphics driver, but it'd still be a worthwhile troubleshooting step in my opinion.Would you update or uninstall / reinstall (recommended) your graphics driver?
I'd also recommend running
sfc /scannow as well, just to cover all the basis with the listed modules in your crash report, giving Windows the opportunity to fix any possible (though not likely) corruption with those system files.

in module SlimeRancher.exe at 0033:00000780.
I'm not an expert at reading these crash logs... in fact it's my first time doing so, though I read Windows minidumps (for Blue Screens) fairly often.
The above snippet gives us the stop code, and points to the SlimeRanchere.exe as the faulting module (based on my limited knowledge of these logs anyways). I'm wondering if "0033:00000780" (pointer?) is a problem with the executable itself, though uninstalling / reinstalling the game should have resolved that... since this problem doesn't appear to be systemic.
One last shot you can get from me, if your willing to try it, is to use an uninstall utility (such as Revo Uninstaller, which has a freeware download available, or Bulk Crap Uninstaller, which is open source software), then to reinstall via Steam once more. This may be unnecessary, though I don't know the uninstall process for Slime Rancher, or how Steam cleans up after an uninstall, so using an uninstaller may ensure everything is removed (including Registry entries).
