Big post incoming. Sorry but I ramble and my first time posting in the forum. So forgive me if some of this should be posted or sent to support.
Re: Ogden's upgrades.
Personally, I think its too easy. I got all three upgrades in at most 5 hours. And that was interspersed with one/nearly two days max in the Wilds, then at least one going around my own farm to ensure all gardens were cleared and food topped up for all my corrals. And I have quite a lot of garden and corrals plots.
I know, didn't have to play 5+ hours in a row, but I've been waiting for a call and anxious, and Slime Rancher is my 'happy place' game basically.
I don't if it was my approach to fruit hunting, but I actually have not seen a mud ball at all. Admittedly I might've just been too fast at picking up things, so the sabers couldn't gather enough to make a mud ball. I was basically mostly on the move. Running/dashing, picking up what I wanted as quick as possible and moving in circles around the wilds to check for more fruit.
I would like to offer my own opinion too, on the suggestion of making it so the fruit only respawns after sleep. Perhaps an increase to upgrade amounts or a limit to how many fruit can be on the map or can respawn in 24 hours game time. Because personally I rarely use the house and sleep. If I'm not using a snare, I'm instead using the night time hours to check garden plots or other things.
I love the new exchange and plort market look and improvements!
Re: Puddle and Fire Slimes.
Fire slimes are seeming frankly not to take notice of their toy now. And are often against the corners of the trough and still moving as if they're trying to get out of it, as if a toy is placed right outside it.
Puddle slimes aren't quite doing this. And are still generally flocking around their toy. But I did find one puddle slime far from the pond.
Re: Moon jumping and disappearing largos.
I wish I had any gifs of this. I will preface this by saying I've had the most issues with my pink tabbies, and I get they have that wiggle wiggle wiggle lol But I seriously have more issue with my tabbies pinging out of the corral than anything else. I've seen it sometimes, other times I come back to their area of the ranch and feel obliged to be a count pretty much every time. But the times I've see it, they've shot out into the sky, as if they have a killer moon jump skill.
Likewise I've had a pink rock largo disappear now from their corral. And I don't keep high amounts of largos in one pen. Six at most.
I saw this sudden moon jump thing happen with a mosaic tangle largo of mine too. I was in the main ranch area, and suddenly I see a flying largo, one that lands in the area I'm in, when those largos are in the overgrowth and the plot farthest from the ranch.
