Missing Slime Key

I have been playing Slime Rancher for a couple of days now and have beaten the game unlocking the end credits. (Day 100+) After hearing about the Vaults of treasure left behind I set out to find them. I found all 3 and opened 2 but when I arrived at the last vault door I realized I didn't have a Slime key to open it! (I've also opened every other gate/vault door in the game) Realizing that I didn't have a Slime key to the last available door for me to open I then spent the next 30min-1hr+ retracing my steps across the areas where I had already fed the Gordos that give you Slime keys. I even looked on the internet to see if there was anything I missed. In the end I went across ALL of the Gordo positions hoping to find a key that I may have missed, but to no avail. I'm not sure if I missed one of them and it despawned or something, but I am 100% positive I checked all Gordo locations and found nothing. So now I'm stuck with one last treasure room that I literally can't get into. Please help!

!BUMP! I have the same issue. I am missing a key. Is this possible because I opened both doors leading to the ruins and now are lucked out of getting those treasure pods?

Can you just mention which Gordos have you actually popped?
E.g. Pink gordo in the Dry Reef.

2 Pink, 2 Rock, 2 Tabby, 1 Phosphor,1 Crystal, 1 Rad, 1 Honey, 1 Hunter, 1Boom, 1 Quantum, 1 Dervish, 1 Tangle, 1 Mosaic

Yes I too have found and popped all Gordo's and have retraced the whole map. Still wondering if I was only suppose to open one door leading to the ancient ruins.

That's all the Slime Gordos that i know of and i didn't need more slime keys. This is pretty weird tbh.

I play on PC. XBox may be different.
I have both doors to the ruins and both doors in the desert open. I've opened one of the three vaults, and have two vaults left, and two keys left. It seems there is one key for everything.

I know I had some trouble picking up the key dropped by the rock slime on top of Ash Island, and there was a bug report about it. The only thing I can think is to make sure that key isn't floating there, or perhaps fallen into the room below. Sorry it's not much help.

I finally went and YouTube showed me in fact I was missing the quantum Gordo. So much happier, now need to figure out how to get the treasure cracker for the vaults. I'm on day 166

I have the same situation where I popped all available Gordos and opened all of the gates. I opened 2 out of the 3 vaults and went to all of the gordo locations that give keys to see if I had missed one but it seems there is no key unless the key despawned.

For @Element5357 - you need to build about 100 gadgets to get the purple pod treasure cracker. That's per the wiki and matches my experience with it.

The only thing I can think is that you missed a key somewhere! Check every gordo spot over and over, and loook for that key!
