I am unable to start a new game in slime rancher because whenever I click on "start" to start a new game, it just doesn't. The game registers my click, no other buttons have issues. I've done everything from verifying the cache to re-installing the game entirely. I'm not sure what else to do, so i'm posting here in hopes there's a solution.

Update: I am also unable to start a game with a PS4 controller. I am able to start previously created worlds with mouse and controller, but these worlds are from long ago and aren't updated.
