Save file transfer

Hello,
I tried to find this topic here but I did not found it.
My question is : How do I get back my save from my old computer?
-----------
I have played Slime Rancher thanks to a Steam friend who shared his game library with me. Recently, I changed my computer. Now, the game is available on Epig games. So I downloaded it and I would love to tranfer my old save from my laptop to my new computer.
I tried to find help online.
It seems that I can find Steam save files here : D:\Logiciel\steamapps\common\SlimeRancher\ etc.
But I do not know what kind of files I should copy on my usb key. (which file ? Managed / plugins / Resources. Which sort of file ? RESS / ASSETS / BMP ...?)
Also, if I can copy such files, I am not sure that paste it on D:\Logiciel\Epic Games\SlimeRancher\ etc will work ...
-----------
If anyone has any information or could help me with that it will be great :)
Thanks for your time !
P.S. Sorry for my english, I am french so I am not comfortable with my post but I hope you will understand me :)
