The game is not responding to my gamepad at all

Hi!

I'm experiencing this too. I'm on Linux (specifically Ubuntu Gnome 16.04), my controller is a Steam Controller, that otherwise works perfectly, however when the game starts it shows the tiny steam popup on the bottom right that the default controller profile for the game has been loaded, and after that no reaction whatsoever. (I can still return to the steam overlay with the middle button.) .. Guess I'll have to fake it with sc-controller, but that's a but suboptimal.
