Help..It won't run

Hello. I got your game about 30mins to an hour ago. I tried every possible way to start it but it says running and i see it in the task manager running. I've shut down my computer and restarted it. Nothing has helped. Any ideas?

just close it in task manager and open it. I dont know maybe it will work

I tried that. It didn't work. I even tried to play it in Safe Mode

you need to have DirectX v9.0c or later

I know. I have been looking. I sent an email to the support people, I posted on steam...I'm just having a panick attack. My mom will FREAK if she found out I can't even play a game she bought for $20...

I got it on steam.
and it says Processor: 2.2GHz Dual Core
and I have: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4300 @ 2.10GHz
does that mean I can't play? Ever?

wait for support to answer. if they say no then you can still get your money back.
but that would be unlucky.
if they say yes then good news you can play it...

P.S if they say that you can't play it then you can still ask for a new computer for your birthsday....

you can still get your money back on steam... so your mom won't yell at you...
and maybe you can get a better computer/laptop/mac/Something for your birthsday?

It does appear your CPU might be a bit underpowered, but let's still see what we can do...
Which graphics card are you using?
Hopefully it's either an nvidia or AMD card.
If Nvidia, go to this site and update your drivers:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/downloadPlease let us know how you make out and which graphics card you're using.
