Unable to Play Slime Rancher [Steam v0.2.4b]

I recently purchased Slime Rancher and was excited to play it, however when I try and launch the game I can't access the application. When I open my Task Manager I can see Slime Rancher in the processes menu, however I can't see it in the application menu. I get the same result whether or not I start in safe mode or not. I've tried to reinstall the game or launching the application directly to no avail.

My system specs are:
Manufacturer: Gateway
Model: SX2803
Processor: Pentium Dual-Core CPU E6700 @ 3.20 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
System type: 64-bit
Graphics card: Intel G45/G43 Express Chipset

Welcome to the community Josh, sorry to hear you're having trouble.
I fear your integrated graphics card may not be up to the task.
We can try updating your drivers though, check out the link below
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
Also make sure you're running DirectX v9.0c or later

I have updated my Drivers and now I'm able to play the game! Thank you for the help!
