So if i'm going to the moss blanket and put my shadow settings to low my game runs at 30 fps when i look up to the trees. But when i put it to medium my game runs perfectly at 60 fps even when i look up to the trees. What do you guys think the problem is?

Maybe your video card is so advanced, it can't handle low shadow settings; maybe you should stick to medium shadow settings.
