·IF YOU BOUGHT IT FROM HUMBLE BUNDLE:
- First look on your email for a humble bundle mail about your purchase, it looks like this:
- After that, click on the link on the email:
- That will take you to the humble webpage, click on the redeem on steam button, copy the key:
- Open Steam (if you dont have it, download it from HERE)
- Now go to your library and click on the "+" icon:
- Click on "Activate a product on steam"
- Click on next, read the Steam Subscriber Agreement, click "I agree", and paste the Slime Rancher key on the space provided:
- Now your game should be on your steam library, click on it, then install on the center of the screen:
(Imagine its Slime Rancher instead of Portal 2)
- Once its installed, click play:
IF YOU BOUGHT IT FROM STEAM:
- Go to your library:
- Click on install:
- Click Play:
And last but not least, IF YOU BOUGHT FROM HUMBLE BUT WANT THE NON-STEAM VERSION (No auto-updates):
- First look on your email for a humble bundle mail about your purchase, it looks like this:
- After that, click on the link on the email:
- That will take you to the humble webpage, click on the 32 bit if you have a 32 bit pc, or 64 if you have 64 bit pc (Most pc's nowadays are 64 bit)
- Download winrar to open the file from HERE
- Install winrar.
- Go to your downloads, right click the file, click "Extract to SlimeRancher_Winxx.version
- To play the game, click on the file with the slime as an icon inside the "SlimeRancher_Winxx.version" folder, you can move this folder arround.
I know the Images are way too big, ill try and replace them with links to the image if that makes it easier to read i guess. Also editing is probably horrible, ive never really been into forums so i have no idea :D
