cant play

i went to the site and i selected 'buy direct", and now i cannot play...where do I begin play? we checked our bank we have been charged. thanks

After you purchased the game you would have received and email with the link to download it.
Try this link if you can't find it in your email, and let us know if that works!

hi thanks yea we didn't get an email my son used the his email which he can't really access. tried the humble link but it asks for user/password which my son says we didn't create an account to buy the game. sorry for the confusion, what can we do? :)

If you don't have that email, the Humble Order Resender can be used to resend the download links for your Humble purchases (using this does not require a Humble Account).

The Humble Support page on redeeming Steam keys should be helpful if you would like a step-by-step guide.

You can also click on this link to reset your account password with Humble Bundle.
