I have purchased the game from the official site, and I am watching Price on the YT channel Stumpt Branch. And he has all these new features from an update. I don't know how to update the game though. I don't know how to get the steam key(I have a previous post on that), if that matters at all. I would appreciate help so I can stay caught up with the community.

Without Steam, you basically re-download the game to update.
Have a look at this link and see if it helps to explain, although we're up to 2.4b it's the same process.

I remember going to the humble page that said download 32 or 64 bit. But I don't remember how I got there. I checked my gmail and I could not find anything, I tried to see if I made a humble but the password reset email I recieved was saying that I did not have an account under that email.

Since you have Gmail, have you tried searching for "Slime Rancher" in Gmail?
The Gmail search tool is pretty sweet

I checked all three I have ever used in the past 2-3 years already. I checked the deleted mail, spam, and regular inbox on all three, but to no avail.

at worse get in concact with humble bundle they are realy helpfull from personal experiane i messed up my order and they sent me it.
also if you used a humble acount just log in hopefully you have already claimed the game
