Hello,
I've recently purchased this game on Steam, and upon launch, I get the "Preparing to launch Slime Rancher" screen for.. maybe half of a second before it goes away. I don't get an error report, the game doesn't start, and I'm not listed as in-game for more than a few seconds.

I looked in the game's local files to find a report to give you, but I'm not sure if that's the right place..

I don't have the rollback option.. but upon going to Device Manager and updating my driver manually, it worked.. and didn't find any updates in the GeForce menu.
Oh well.. probably wouldn't have checked if you didn't mention it!
At least I can enjoy this cute game now. :D
