I'm the mom of an avid 9-year-old Slimer Rancher fan. He just accidentally somehow deleted his saved file of the game he has been playing for months. We're freaking out.

We checked in the "local files / verify integrity of game files" and it says all are validated....but when he goes to load the game it says there are no saved files.

Is there any way to get this back?? He is absolutely devastated.

He must have deleted his save file in-game. In that case, there is nothing you can do except start fresh. Most of the fun of Slime Rancher lies in the beginning, when you can explore.
