Cant get Puddle Plorts

I bought the docks and put like 20 Puddle Slimes in the pond that came with it but THEY WONT GIVE ME PUDDLE PLORTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No idea whats wrong if theres a way to fix it PLEASE TELL ME O:

The waterfall basin at the docks counts as a pond, it has a ducky in it.
