i figured it out next post has the fix
I am running a GTX 780m and while i am playing after about four minutes the game crashes my graphics driver. is there a known fix or just something to be worked out in the development process?

OK never mind i spose uhmm.. so with laptops they have two graphics one is a low power build in mobo graphics adapter and then you have you dedicated card.. my dedicated card was up to date but because most games i play wont even touch the mobo adapter it was severely out of date once i updated that the game works fine now.. i hope someone find my lack of intelligence helpful lol
