Xbox One Achievement Issue

Hi,

I'm currently playing though on Xbox and I'm having issues getting the Salad Bar achievement.

I've currently got an Odd onion, a carrot, a heart beat and an Oca Oca patch in my main ranch, as well as more in my expansions. Not sure why the achievement isn't activating.

I've tried removing all the patches, going to sleep and then replanting them just in case but no luck :(

Also the other issue I'm getting is with the Fully Loaded achievement. I have a Corral fully upgraded with music box, high walls etc, a fully upgraded silo (still fully loaded from the previous achievement) and a fully upgraded Coop with lots of chickens.

Not sure why I can't get them but would love some help as I'm trying to 100% the game :D
