Opening tutorial v slow (below minimum sys requirements tho)

So, I have one of these:

It doesn't meet the minimum system requirements *at all*, but: the game runs just about fine (&, I can play Rocket League on this tablet:). However, whenever the introductory tutorial text changes, the whole thing freezes for several seconds before coming back to life (it also takes an age to start, but I'm totally fine with that:).
This isn't really a problem for me (you only have to do the tutorials once), I'm just mentioning it as it seems odd that this one bit of the game causes me problems, but all of the running-around-in-a-3d-world stuff is fine.
