Empty Treasure pod?

I've found a purple treasure pod in the Glass Desert which prompted no notification of what it gave when opened. I believe it is the cocoa warp depot, since that is the one i'm missing. Has this happened to anyone else?

It happened to me, but i already opened it before. I opened the treasure pod then i saved the game and turned it off. When i played it back the pod was closed.

I opened that one but it gave me 3 gold plorts

That's because they have fixed the issue and compensated the players with a few Gold Plorts.
