I have been loving Slime Rancher since I got it, however, I have found through experience with past games that I can easily get headaches/migraines from playing with too high FPS

Is there any knowledge of say a slider to limit FPS or anything similar coming to the game?

A workaround, if you have a dedicated graphics card, would be to go into your graphics settings and create a new custom resolution and specifying 30hz as the refresh rate. This'll globally limit the refresh rate when in use.
