When I got on to play, I ended up needing to log out of the world and then log back in a few times.
However, I've found that every time I did so, the timers on all of the Extractors would end up resetting as if they were just freshly placed or harvested, which had me a bit annoyed.
Is this intended?

That does sound quite odd. Could you share your device's specs and elaborate on why you "needed" to log out and back in again?
