The Upside-Down Hunter Slime!

So, I was going through the Moss Blanket and saw something peculiar.



While I was trying to get up to it, tarrs started coming, yet they completely ignored this Hunter Slime even upon jumping close to it.

The vacuum ignored it as well, and apparently so did my entire physical being.



Assuming this is not one of Viktor's new experiments, hopefully someone can tell me what happened here, if only for my curiosity?

This is a well known bug.
For some reason, sometimes hunter slimes spawn inside world geometry and become impossible to interact by the outside world.

It might be fixed in some update.

heh that would be perfect for bat slimes later! anytime an odd glitch happens like this i always think it'd be best to figure out why and how it happens, then use it as a future feature of the game. like the cuddly post-feral slimes :(
