Chickens won't breed

It's been 10 days in game now and my chickens refuse to breed it can't be overpopulation because it's 3 hen hen's and 2 roostros what's the deal!?

I am having the same situation with my hen hens and Roostro. They will not breed. It is tough trying to feed slimes that require meat.

Thank you very much! I have two hen hens and one Roostro in my coop but I cannot tell if they are elderly or not. I am currently on the Xbox one.

Thank you for the reply BeautifulSkull, this is being looked in to. Is there anything else you can tell us about your coop? Which upgrades, if any, have you purchased for it? How long have they been together? As much additional information you can provide may be helpful.

Slimes4Fun, which platform are you running Slime Rancher on please? And what else can you tell us about your coop(s)?

Sorry for the late reply but no my hen hen's are not elder hens and neither are the roostros the coop has 3 hen hen's and 2 roostros
(Also im on the Xbox one)
