Steam: Preparing To Launch... (fixed)

Just like topic says. Try to play, box comes up. Game never loads.

Reinstalled the game, tried again, same thing... =/
* Cache checks out
* Game will not start in safe mode.
* Comp more than meets min reqs.
* Reinstalled again, same problem. Game is now hanging on cache verification.
Game will not start when clicking .exe in steam folder (thought I'd give it a try.)

Edit (Fixed): Apparently it was a weird problem with steam. Restarted steam and it burped and the game worked again. Weird.
