All good things and all journeys come to an end, and we’re afraid it is time for us to say goodbye to the Monomi Park Forums. Much like Bea had to leave Earth for the Far, Far Range so she could grow, our community has found homes on new platforms and these forums are no longer the right fit for us. We’ve got so many fond memories of our time together here and we’re sure you do too, so we will be archiving the site and making it viewable for everyone for a time.

Update the game

Hi, i bought slime rancher 2 weeks ago and i notice there is an update, i tried to do it but i don't know how.... (i bought the game on the official website, not on steam). i tried to register the game on my steam account, it works but no update has been done.... on the forum i found a tutorial link sending to humble bundle page, but i don't have the same thing than on the tutorial.... i actually really don't know what i can do, if anyone can help me, thank !

Use steam, it auto updates, or redownlaod the game after updated.

if the game doesnt load right with the non-steam version, uninstall and reinstall to fix it. but use steam if you have it. it's just easier.
If you want a Gordo as big as possible before starting to tremble, feed it 21 of any food that isn't its favorite!

*I make a note to only post original ideas that I haven't seen others suggest.

i registered the game on my steam account, but i didn't find in steam where i can update it.... and if i do like you said, uninstall an re-install i will loose all my saves right ??

Don't worry, your saves will be not deleted.

your save generally wont be deleted, but later updates may make your save incompatible with the game all together regardless of where you got it from.
If you want a Gordo as big as possible before starting to tremble, feed it 21 of any food that isn't its favorite!

Hi guys i did like you said (uninstall and install the game) now im in 0.3.0 v of the game, im not sure this is the last update, someone agree ?

The current update is 0.3.2, so no.

Having a Steam Key will allow you to get the game on Steam for free.

Pros of this DRM version is that the updates will be automatic.
