We had a bit of a bug with the initial version of 0.3.0 in migrating Save Games on the Mac.

There's a new version up on Steam which should do the migration properly as well as eliminate the errors about the missing directory.

However, if you happen to have manually created that directory and been playing that game in the mean time, you can manually move the save files yourself.

1) Open Finder.
2) Press the ⌘ + Shift + G hotkey to open the "Go To Folder" window.
3) Type the path below exactly as it appears and press Enter:
~/Library/Application Support/unity.Monomi Park.Slime Rancher/
4) Finder should now show the old Slime Rancher save game location, copy any "sav" files you wish to move.
5) Press the ⌘ + Shift + G hotkey to open the "Go To Folder" window again.
6) This time type in the new path as follows and press Enter:
~/Library/Application Support/Monomi Park/Slime Rancher/
7) Paste the "sav" files in the new Finder view.

I can't even find any of those folders to move my old save over that is missing. What do I do?

When looking for the files in Finder, click and hover your curser over the "Go" tab up top then press and hold the option button. The section for Library will pop up in the list, click it and then you'll be able to follow the directions from the original post.
