I am having issues as to how to redownload slime rancher as said because I do not have access to steam, if someone may please help me with this issue I would appreciate it.

All you have to do is basically re-download the game. click here and select "Slime Rancher".

You can also try the Humble Order Resender which can be used to resend the download links for your Humble purchases.

I used paypal to buy the game, is that a problem?

I cannot use the method you suggested, it will not work because I bought with PayPal

Paypal was the method you used to pay for the game, and it was sold/downloaded via a site called "Humble Bundle" if you didn't purchase it via Steam.

Try that order resender link I provided, you will receive an email... click that link, and re-download the game.

I did that, it said there were no purchases from the account.

I just made a steam account if that will somehow help???

If it says your e-mail has no purchases, try any other addresses you have and search your inbox for the mail that was sent when you purchased it.

I used the email account that was used to purchase the game, and it says no purchases...

If you're really sure you'll probably want to contact Humble Bundle support, as we can't help you with any problems that have occurred in their system.

I do not have a humblebundle account though.
