When your slimes go to the big ranch in the sky...

Postby orionfujiwara » Sun Feb 21, 2016 5:23 pm

literally... my honey tabby slimes must have bounced out of the overgrowth and into the slime sea, because they just disappeared! i've replaced them since, but has anyone else lost slimes like this?

Where they in corrals in the overgrowth or roaming free? Also do you recall where you went on the map after you saw them last, i.e. to the moss blanket and hung out for a while, to the grotto just for a minute, etc?

I dunno, sometimes I swear the number of slimes I had in my corral goes down randomly but it's hard to always notice right away.

So it's happening to you too? I thought I was the only one.

Just a question, were those the only Largos to disappear or did you also lose other types of Largos? I've lost Pink-Tabbies and Phosphor-Tabbies to whatever this bug is.

Did the tabby just try to get a plort and escape or something? Because you guys are mentioning only tabby largos.

I know what happens, I have seen it before.

It only happens with Tabby Largos, but what happens is multiple ones grab the same item at the same time. You know Tabby Largos can play with things by grabbing them? Well multiple ones can grab the same thing (fruit, veggie, ect.) and when lots of them grab the same thing, they launch VERY high in the air, straight through the air net. It happened to me a couple of days ago when I was sucking up plorts from my Phosphor/Tabby largos. I watched as FIVE of them launched into the air in a second, all grabbing the same Cubeberry. Luckily, it was night, so I managed to put them all back when they landed with no losses. It has also happened when I use to have Rock/Tabby Largos. Any Tabby Largo can probably do it.

It's worse with Rock Tabby Largos because they smash the air net more easily

It doesn't have to do with which slimes break the nets easily, they go straight THROUGH the net without it stopping them. They don't bounce around till they break the net then shoot out, they glitch straight through it as they are blasted into the heavens.
