Hi there! In my twitter account a follower asked me:

Traslation: her game saves has been deleted. The first time she was at 30th day and the second time 20th day. She always save the game before leave and she never went into game´s files.

Any suggestion?

The best she can do for starters is to have a look at the save directory (C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Monomi Park\Slime Rancher on Windows) and see if the files are actually there or not. That way, she can tell if they're corrupt, entirely missing, etc.

She has just told me that she plays in Mac :S

She checked the cache and it´s ok. Also She checked game saves and there´s only her last save (the newest one).

I'd like to know more about her system specs.
Also has she tried to update her audio and video drivers?
