Hi can u help the game gets to the main title screen but the x to start dose not appear or starts to appear and flickers and that's it no further I've uninstalled but still no change with a new installation

Hi yes latest 8.03 update my serial number is 03-27452371-6461605 and model number is CUH-2016a

You may want to check into PS4's safe mode to look at the options in there:

In general we only suggest rebuilding the database to see if that helps.
You may want to consider Initializing, however do understand this would clear all of your data, so consider that carefully if you can't back things up.
