Hi There, we are trying to purchase the secret style pack for our computer but unfortunately when we try to purchase it, it is saying that we do not have the basic slime rancher pack installed. Which we do, any help would be appreciated. Thanks very much.

Do you own Slime Rancher on the platform you are attempting to purchase the pack through? And if so, what platform are you attempting to purchase it on?
