I have a problem in the game because of which I can’t create a save.
The question itself.
If a friend starts the game anew (1 day in the game) and throws the save in my google drive, can I download it and put it in the folder where the saves should be stored?
Will this work? Will the game see the save and can I play?

Here's another thing..
My error looks like this:
"Unity 2019.2.5f1_9dace1eed4cc."
I already wrote to the Monomi park mail. Waiting for an answer, I hope for my salvation :)

For the part about passing along saves, it should. Have dostributed a scavenger hunt save myself a while back that was working fine like this.

Are you running Steam as admin? If so, that might mess with the permissions for things and prevent a save file from being created, so I would double check that isn't the case for you. It's also possible there was some sort of fluke when Slime Rancher created the local folder to place your saves.
