Things «I» wish existed in slime rancher

So as i was playing the game a lot lately, i thought of some things that would make the game a lot more fun and easier for me, so i thought why not share my ideas with the Devs :
- Increase Beatrix's speed when running
- An air net made specially for tabby slimes (they keep escaping, even when i have only two of them (in largo form) in my corral)
- Ability to view the plort prices from the market link
- Increase the vacpack, drones and silos' capacity to 500 per slot

Things to get after getting an upgrade or completing tasks for NPCs :
- View max and min prices of each plort in the market
- Island scanner to locate ressources such as gilded ginger

And most importantly dear devs, please, innovate in slime designs, the internet is literally full of fanmade ones that are begging to be seeing by you, why not use those as inspiration, as there are A LOT of cool designs out there ? Personnaly, i've been disappointed with the saber slimes' design, and i'm hoping that those upcoming glitch slimes won't be looking as the quantum ones that already have the glitching look.
And who says new slimes says new areas (and hopefully new ranch expansions) to explore yeeey, cuz well you know, after a while we run out of things to discover and explore...

All this being said,i hope you'll make at least a couple of things become a reality, and i know game development isn't easy, so if you read this, keep up the good work, and i wish you the best of luck with your game :D !

Viewing plort prices in better detail isn't really needed, and the storage upgrade you mentioned can be already achieved through a mod.

Also, they know what they're doing with slime designs.

I do not use mods. And is that a passive aggressive tone that i'm sensing right there ? Listen mate, this is MY POST, in which i have expressed MY OPINION, that i have written while adressing THE DEVS. And as Devs, they should be able to take the good comments, as the negative ones, even though I didn’t write mine in a negative way. Also, you should be aware that you aren’t the only player out there, there’s literally thousands of us, each one of us with their own perception of the game, opinion and hope of what the game could be, so like it or not, it's none of my business. I do not understand the need that people have to crap on other people's opinions these days. So why don't you take your negativity and spread it elsewhere, or better yet, write your own opinion and ideas in your own post and let people be. Thank you.

only comment i want to make after reading a bit of this comes from discussions i tend to have revolving around some ideas. some things can be further flushed out or reworked to improve which generally benefits from a second opinion.

example for this would be regarding the specialized air net, I' curious as to why you want a specialized on when the base one should do the job just fine given the circumstances you have listed. only 2 largos wouldn't seem to impact it enough nor fast enough to deal much damage to the air net in order to break it.

another would be more on the island scanner idea. given the lore behind gilded gingers, which npc would you think that would fit with?

In the light of the... let's call it building tension... and the posts I just needed to remove here: Play nice, everyone.

No offensive language, no personal attacks.

Suggestions for the game are always welcome. New ideas are welcome as are ideas that have already been discussed. Not everyone has read all of the forums before posting and that isn't a requirement in any way. Pointing out what has been discussed in the past, what you think about the suggestions and stating what might or might not work or why is fine as well.

But do so in an appropriate manner, please. Thanks.

I am curious why you have problems with the air net. I understand what happens and why but I have no issues with any of the slimes I have in corrals. And I have every slime in the game in a corral. I created a Range setup specifically designed to maximize my plorts and deal with each slimes abilities.

For example, I have Mosaic/Tangled largos in a corral away from the rest of the other corrals because of the Tangled vines that can reach things outside the corrals. I have had them turn into Tarrs while in the corral because of this when the other slime somehow knock plorts outside their corral or oif I accidentally drop one. They are fast at grabbing things close enough to them.

I also have Crystal/Quantum largos in the Grotto cave in one corner since the Quantum slime love to teleport around with those ghosts they create. The cave keeps them contained and as long as they are being fed often and watered they rarely get out. In the same cave I have Hunter/Dervish largos on the other end. Like the Tangled I have to keep them far from everything including gardens because of the tornadoes they create when angry. They still throw their plorts and food around but they are contained inside the cave making it easier to clean up after and are far enough from the other corral to avoid creating Tarrs.

Then there are the Puddle slime which I keep in the Dock area. Since they don't need food and I don't have to replenish the water they are easy to maintain with drones and I can also use the waterfall for more Puddle slime. In the Overgrowth area I keep the Fire slime. I use the chickens that automatically spawn and the carrots and pogofruits that grow there to feed the incinerator plus any extra food from the other gardens that I store in a silo in this area.

Basically I made sure to put slimes/largos in places where its easier to manage them and make sure to keep them fed, keep the drones watered and give them attention to keep them from getting agitated. The air net isn't a problem at all for me.

As for the scanner for the Gilded Ginger I have seen this discussion before and actually think a gadget that can help make it a bit easier to find one would be cool. It doesn't have to tell me where one is exactly just help a bit to find one considering the Glass Desert is big and the locations where they spawn are a lot and often in hard to reach places making it extremely hard to find one when doing more than just searching for one.

Keep in mind there was also an escape bug recently patched. I had regular escapees in my grotto for a while a couple months ago.

I also have a tangle/crystal still stuck on the mountaintop over the grotto. It occasionally appears in the "skylight". I have no idea how it got up there, but it appeared when largos were vanishing.
