Could a 2nd Player Be possible?

I bought Slime Rancher A while ago, and The game is fun, but I've recently noticed that it's harder to keep up with everything, and I haven't gotten enough Wild Honey to get drones... Also, I do think Slime Rancher is a bit lonely when playing by yourself. I would love to see a player 2, and more of Casey and Beatrix's relationship! I think the game would be more enjoyable and it'd be easier to manage your ranch with a friend to help out. Have you guys in the developing team ever thought of this? Thanks!

if its on the same PC, then maybe. The developers should try this first, its much easier compared to having 2 pc's sync the slime's positions.

I was about to say the same thing. Over the network, it would not work unless there was a multi-player mode with severely degraded physics, in which case it would't really be the same game.

On a console, it might work, unless two vac packs would bog down the processor too much.

this common question has been asked multiple times on numerous occasions. and the common answer is usually "no."

although i love the concept of a 2 player game of slime rancher, i honestly doubt it will happen.

Still no where near as easy as it sounds, and with how some things are currently programmed it would take more effort than just syncing up slimes...
