So will we ever see Beatrix. Or will this be one of those eternal mysteries?

There are some concepts floating around of what she looks like. Other than that, we have no official information on what she looks like.

I doubt it. Sounds more like peoples imaginations going into overdrive. This is still pre-alpha, so we might get rancher food later. But the focus of the game is not on the rancher. That's one of the reasons I think it's a 1st person game. So all the focus goes to the slimes and the environment. And we don't really know if her abilities are related fuel wise. But it's just efficient to have all the rancher upgrades in one machine.
