Corrals for explosions

If the corrals had another type of upgrade which prevented explosions from hurting you outside of them that would be awesome. I currently get messed up every time I go near the boom slime pen.

For me, the damage done from explosions is really not much of a concern. It's the tendency of blowing away plorts outside the corral that can pose a serious problem, even with a net active.

I have the music box upgrade and the slimes inside are well fed but they still hurt me with the explosions when I am standing outside of them

Also I have two corrals next to each other with explosive largo variants and one time I got caught between the two and the resulting explosions killed me.

It is a good idea.
Right now, you get hurt, you can "die", the explosions send you flying and plorts go all over the place.
If you have different largos, it's a Tarr infestation every time.

I agree with this, some sort of upgrade like, "reinforced walls" or something to keep the explosions inside the corral.

I haven't died yet, but I also don't get boom slimes until I have a fully upgraded corral and can shoot food into the automatic feeder from a safe distance and get plorts from the plort collector, but even then it's risky business, especially if you put the boom slime pen either near another pen, or if you put it in a place that sets the feeder or the plort collector in a corner wall. I did that, thinking it would be best to keep my boom slimes far away from the others, and almost got stuck in a corner because of the explosions. Kind of surprised that didn't kill me, lol.

II don't have too many boom slimes. But I agree with some kind of reinforced walls like Marvealle said above me. That way the explosions stay inside the corral and not hurt you when you try to get plorts or fill the auto-feeder.
