simple an upgrade that takes one of the last fruit/vegetables grown on a patch and then re plants it to continue more of the same.
it could be an upgrade with a little on/off switch, and it simply keeps your garden producing continuously.

at this point i have around 25k saved up so i doubt i would care about any particular upgrade cost but compared to other building upgrades and functionality i think around the 400 range sounds reasonable.
