I have 35 crystal slimes, and I don't know what to do with them. Were should I put them? my layout:

Main area:
In front: Mosaic-Tabby, Pond with puddles, Odd Onion, Silver Parsnip.
Near Lab: Mosaic-Honey, Mint Mango
Near Overgrowth: Crystal-Tangle, Painted Hens

Overgrowth:
In Front: Tangle-Dervish, Prickly Pears
In Back: Odd Onion
On Ledge By Docks: Crystal-Hunter

Docks:
Main Area: Painted Hens, Stony Hens, Briar Hens, Hen Hens

Grotto:
Front: Odd Onion, Oca Oca
Left: Crystal-Phosphor, Cuberry
Right: Crystal-Rad

Lab:
Front: Pogofruit, Phase Lemon, Tangle-Quantum, Incinerator with Fire
Left Of Warehouse: Carrots

WHERE DO I PUT MY CRYSTAL SLIMES?

You already have 3 different Crystal Largos. Why do you need so many? They're tricky to feed so their output won't be as efficient as they could be.

As someone who lays their ranch out so they have every plort type easily accessible, your lack of variety disturbs me. I don't see Pinks, Rocks, Booms, or Sabers, and you have an overabundance of Glass Desert largos. And for some reason you have Crystal Hunters and Crystal Tangles which are tricky to feed because both their favourite foods aren't a guaranteed growth, or are meat. And both meateaters would be better off as a Largo with an easy-to-feed slime variant, like Honey.

But I didn't come here to nitpick so I would suggest getting rid of the Crystal Hunter or Crystal Tangle. Or both and just largo them with something else. Mosaic Crystals look nice and Honey Tangles make too much sense. I personally quite like Phosphor Hunters as well.

You also didn't mention Ogden's Retreat and Mochi's Manor, so that's also an option.

No, they are small slimes I want to keep wild. I have Saber-Rock and Boom-Rock in the Retreat. Have you read my signature? It's clear I love rock slimes, so I put in a resort.

I did, but you didn't list them in your opening post and your signature "I am a rock slime specialist" doesn't tell me much about your Ranch layout, especially since most of what you listed are Crystals and Desert slimes. So for all I know it could well have been a new save where you don't have them and haven't unlocked those two areas.

Just keep in mind that people aren't psychic so if you want the best advice, provide as much detail as possible, like you did with the rest of the Ranch.

I'm guessing you don't use Slime Science

I use slime science, but not much anymore. I used to have Pink-Quantums in my lab instead of the Tangle-Quantums. I have a lot of Glass Desert Slimes, because I love those slimes, and they look cool. I have a lot of Tangles because then I don't have to worry about equal feeding because of Tangle snares. They pick up food from across the corral and then all the food isn't sitting in one corner rotting because all the slimes in that corner aren't sharing.
