Can a future update have an option to disable the tutorial?

Postby Kataztrophie » Sun Oct 22, 2017 3:36 pm

I just started a new game on casual mode after logging 170 hours in adventure mode. I know how to play the game. I don't need a notification on my screen telling me to shoot a slime into a corral that won't go away until I do it.

I'm sure there are some people who benefit from running the tutorial when starting a new save file (like family members who share a computer), so I understand why it automatically goes into tutorial mode. I'd just really appreciate the ability to tell the tutorial to heck off.

This was a thing before 0.4.0. In that update, they removed it so that when you unlock The Lab, you don't miss out on the Slime Science tutorials.

I'd like this feature too. There is probably a better way to tackle the slime science issue.
