That happened to me too! It's funny! One jumped at me, And it flipped. I played an hour and a halve playing, and got the kook-challenges (2-3) done.

I'm having too many issues with crashes to be able to get much done. I'm going to come back to it tomorrow and try to finish up the challenges; I only got the first level done.

I think that the level of difficulty for the kookadoba rewards is fine the way it is. Maybe make the last reward require a few more if some people find it too easy, but I like having a side-quest with rewards that don't take forever to earn this time *Cough* 7zee Rewards Club *Cough* Treasure Cracker Unlocks *Cough* Darn Allergies, somehow, I'm even coughing on a typed up internet post. Anyway, I don't want it to take too long to unlock more ranch space, my saber slimes need to go somewhere... and making the quest harder could undermine the best side quest in the game (at this point in time).

Quick Update Mini Review:
Honestly this update is amazing. I can't believe that you people keep outdoing yourselves with every new area or feature. I didn't think that there would be an area that I just enjoy exploring more than the glass desert, but here we are. The Saber slimes and the small amounts of Ancient far Far Range information that come with them are very interesting, and the Kookadoba hunting is more entertaining than it honestly has any right to be. And please update the official soundtrack, the Wilds theme is something I desperately need to listen to on it's own.

Wait, is there cave art in the cave? Also, I can always use one teleporter one the islands. Should that be happening? Also, kookacrackers spray kooks everywhere. Should that happen?

Made an account on the forum to post this feedback.

The new sound effects for depositing plorts is great but the effect that goes with it hurts the eyes after depositing a few hundred plorts. The stars part is fine but the center supernova explosion(?) bit hurts the eyes after a while. Perhaps taking it out or adjusting it a bit?

This update completely broke my game. Less than 1 FPS, constant freezes, settings screen broken, and crashes. It is unplayable right now, I hope you guys can fix that! I’m eager to see stuffed stego toys!

A few things:

Sometimes the Kookas seem to stay frozen on the screen after I vac them up.

I have 2/3 rewards already done in a few hours...I think its easy, but also tedious at times when all the tar slime come at me, and I spend a lot of time killing them..so I think it evens it out!

I love this update and the new look to the plort market..as well as the exchange! It's so cool and fun!

Something I would love to see in the future is more things in the 72ze club! I loved getting them all...and honestly I have saved up so much money I don't even know what to do with it!

I love the update...I figured because they were ferals everywhere I could win them over with chickens...and while I waited that month I also stockpiled 400 chickens in a silo just for the wilds. I adore playing this game! And I love the new pods in the wilds, though how many are there?

The Wilds are surprisingly pleasant compared to the rest of the game. Not too challenging, not too boring, and they offer some nice rewards. I hope that development will be focused on making the main game experience more similar to this instead of the mess of a grind it is right now.

Also, I kinda just sped around The Wilds to get Kooks I wish that saber slimes would make mud balls on your ranch, but they wouldn't have Kooks in them, they would have any other food they don't eat. You could get a kookacracker from Ogden as a 2nd reward.

Is there any fresh water in The Wilds? More than once I've run out when dealing with Tars and have yet to find any.

So far I'm enjoying having more to explore and like the update. I've had some glitches (made a tech post) but, thankfully, nothing game breaking.

I love this mudball and kookacracker idea! Or maybe it's something you can eventually get the blueprint for from him, after you've completed his side quests and then you can make them yourself?

As to address the falling/flying saber thing, I think it's simply that the spawns high in the trees...

It's not just that he spawned there... he stayed there for several minutes until eventually being eaten by a tarr... ;-;
