Yes yes, I understand there'll be no real-time multiplayer mode due to design limitations BUT how about some multiplayer ability, such as being able to email other users or perhaps send money or objects? These would be nice features!

Dragonslime, please calm down and be careful that your language doesn't go all Tarr on us. ;)

We're happy to hear about our players' wishes, even (or maybe especially?) if it is requesting a certain feature that has come up before. Yes, there are worse and better ways to go about that, but we still want to hear about it.
Nonetheless - not everyone is familiar with how game forums work, how to use the search function or what to look for before posting. It's true that our stance regarding a multiplayer feature hasn't changed thus far and a detailed response regarding that can still be found in the FAQ, as you say. But there's no need to alienate new folks trying to join our community just because they ask a question that has been answered before.
It shouldn't be hard for seasoned members to point them in the right direction or give a reasonable response instead of a rant. :)

I feel that multiplayer would actually be a detriment to the game because it would be too easy just to grief the ranch and ruin someones progress.

The game is built so it's easy to get back up again, getting a ranch working in less than a real-time hour. Not like Minecraft multiplayer griefing...
