First to discover rare slime (Discovery leader board?)

What do you guys think of a worldwide discovery leader board for discovering rare slimes or creating rare breed of slimes, could add some extra flavor for discovery to the game.

First off, welcome to the forums and the Slime Rancher world!
While your idea is certainly a good one, and would be cool to have fame for your slimey adventures, unfortunately Slime Rancher lacks online multiplayer and there will never be a lot of rare slimes, as the goal is more along the lines of keeping them hostage for their excretes :P

Well I don't necessarily mean multiplayer but I've noticed some single player games have leaderboards for finishing something a certain time or other features, but it's to bad there won't be alot of rare slimes would be fun to adventure out and take some snap shots of rare captured slimes and then farm them out to friends on in their worlds...could be like trading cards, or farming off different stuff to friends sort of like spores but alas!

That is a good point I did overlook. Maybe they can do something along those lines for net worth, so everyone can see how rich I've become by stuffing hundreds of slimes in one corral >:D

yeah exactly lots of creative ways they can implement some type of leaderboard/discovery board, could make some innovative stuff depending how far they want to go with this gorgeous game.

Something fun to compete over would be how many Gold Plorts you can hoard..... You can post screencaps maybe. Because getting them is both skill and luck!
