Gilded Ginger, a cautionary tale

Postby akkamaddi » Mon Aug 07, 2017 5:30 pm

So, I found one! I actually got lucky and found it pretty fast.

Because it cannot be planted, and I don't want to loose an inventory space, I decided to go to the vault with the gold slimes. I had not opened it yet. (Yes, watched YouTube.)

I was walking up the ramp of the ziggurat in the first section of the Glass Desert, when as luck would have it, I saw a gold slime! It slid down the ranch and saw me, so I hurried to shift my inventory, aim...

and when I fired, the gold slime vanished. I dove over the side of the ramp and hit the vac to suck up the ginger.

Only to have a pink slime swoop in and eat the ginger.

That slime ended up in my incinerator.

Be warned, apparently other slimes like the ginger too. I did not see what the pink slime would have produced, because I vacuumed it up before it pooped. And the slime's only other brief moment in the outside world was flying towards a pillar of fire.
