Help! Caseys letters

The letters are the last thing I need to complete my adventure, the thing is that I haven't gotten any, I have all Slimepedia entries, found out how Hobsons story ends, 7Zee rank 21 and Day 136, I tried sleeping for 5 days straight and still no letters, the last letter I got was Re: the... VAN

Please send your save game files to
support@monomipark.com and we'll try to figure out what is wrong. Please include a subject line with something like 'Casey mails stopped after the Van' so we can quickly identify them.

I have the same problem! I'm stuck on van too! but I can't send my game in sine I'm on xbox one so yea
