has anyone noticed a decline in chickens in the overgrowth?

Postby PrismSlime » Fri Jun 23, 2017 10:58 am

I feel like they don't spawn nearly as much as they used to. And no, I'm not referring to the infinite chickens that used to spawn before.

Yeah, i'm seeing this too. Haven't seen more than like 3 chickens at a time for a good few days.

Really? There's like five or seven groups of three to five there. Are you not waiting around long enough?

Yes, I noticed this before I filled it with hens and roostros, they seem to spawn less and less as you build in the plots.

do you mean building the plots in gerneral? or with coops? cuz i don't have any coops in my overgrowth. i mean i technically have hundreds of chickens and chicks there, but they're all in a silo...

Buildings in general
I've noticed thereally is a gradual decline too, if you put a building, then delete it instantly, the number of chickens is the same. But if you leave a building there, then the longer you go on the less the amount of chickens it seems

I have pink slimes roam around freely there and I still see chickens. They're all well fed too

well they'll eat the pogofruit and carrots there too so that's not really a good test for it.

What I mean is, I can see the chickens after a day or so of them being eaten even with 50 pink hungry slimes roaming about :)

with 50 pinks i assume you have garden plots there as well? it could still very well be affected. or could just be a simple case of it being a bug that you don't have.
