oh my god fire slimes are so damn annoying to keep in their pen

they always slide out of the ash trough when its full and getting them back in is a nightmare because of how ridiculously bouncy they are

can they like
be less bouncy or something

what I do is stand in the pit and point straight down and shoot them, they dont bounce then, but they do burn you a bit.

They have such shape they should glue to the ground and almost never bounce. Also, bouncing liquids or drops are most of the time not flat, so you should have an animation or a temporary different shape for a bouncing fire/puddle slime (perhaps a round-ish shape in mid-air), so that when it touches the ground it returns to the puddle-ish shape.

they do have a more blobby shape when in mid-air.
