Just Wanted To Ask If Anyone Else Has Seen This

Postby PhospherTabbyLargo » Wed Mar 08, 2017 5:09 pm

So, There I was, starting a new game for the Ruins update, when all of a sudden, I walk into the Dry, Dry Reef to find 2! TWO! whole Golden Slimes! My aim was off and I only got one plort, but still! Has anyone else seen this? Is it chance or some sort of set piece I got lucky with? Please tell me!
Thanks, A Returning Rancher

You just got lucky. I for example managed to find a gold plort in the wild without having to shoot the gold slime.

That happened when I first opened my save file with the new update. :) There was a gold slime in the cave in the Indigo Quarry, and it got hit by a Rock Slime and dropped a gold plort!! :)

Since the ruins have been out, I've found 4 golds and 6 lucky slimes in them.
I don't know if I'm just getting lucky or what.

Same here! I got a gold plort when I was having a meditational picnic in the moss blanket (don't ask). Also, yes, multiple gold slimes can spawn at once. Geez I hate those slimes...so fast and nasty, they irritate me to death. Usually if I see one, I don't bother to chase it. There are much better, stabler ways to get money.
