Slime Rancher & Subnautica on the same planet?

Postby TheMadFox » Sun Feb 05, 2017 8:08 pm

I saw someone brought this up on /r/subnautica and I thought it was an interesting idea so I decided to mention it on here since that post was archived. The general idea is that Subnautica and Slime Rancher take place on the same planet, however they are not on the same side of the planet. It would be an interesting idea but it is really crazy too though, someone brought up that the floaters could be related to the slimes too :P

If Monomi Park and the creators of Subnautica (I forgot the name of the company) were to make this a thing it would be ingenious, adding easter eggs from each game to their own, like Slime bean bags in Subnautica and a mohawk fashion thing like the one the playable character in Subnautica has for the slimes.....

That doesn't make any sense, the oceans of SR are made of slime, which they're not in Subnautica.

That would be impossible, See.. The sea is called the Slime Seas becouse it is litteraly made out of goo, And there are no real connections linking them other than speculation.
