All good things and all journeys come to an end, and we’re afraid it is time for us to say goodbye to the Monomi Park Forums. Much like Bea had to leave Earth for the Far, Far Range so she could grow, our community has found homes on new platforms and these forums are no longer the right fit for us. We’ve got so many fond memories of our time together here and we’re sure you do too, so we will be archiving the site and making it viewable for everyone for a time.

we have a different timezone. we wont know for sure until nick says anything anyway.
If you want a Gordo as big as possible before starting to tremble, feed it 21 of any food that isn't its favorite!

Yeah...The post suggested UK time...which is 5 hours ahead of EST (East coast USA) time...so being an hour behind EST in the CST time zone, means that it is only 11:46am at the time of this post...

So either the 0.5.0 update arrives at 5:00 pm EST, or not today.

If it's supposed to be released today, it will be in 1-3 hours because that's usually when the updates are released.

Anyone know how I'm supposed to grab the update for the standalone Slime Rancher client bought through humble bundle? Mine still says version 0.4.3c.

Welcome to the forums, Selenae!

If you directly downloaded the game from Humble please follow these steps:
1) Return to your Humble download page. If you don’t remember your download page please use https://www.humblebundle.com/resender to have it re-sent to you.
2) Download the new copy of Slime Rancher.
3) Run the installer the same way as when you originally installed Slime Rancher. It will overwrite the old install. All your save games and preferences are stored separately, so they should be safe.
4) You’re done! Happy ranching!
