I've been aware of the issue with slimes despawning in corrals (especially in the "extra" areas), but it hadn't really become an issue until I filled up my main area, and I was forced to build my "exotic" (read: boom and honey) corrals in the Grotto. Now My stock is dwindling, and it's such a chore to run over to the area they spawn every single day, just to maintain a decent herd size. This rant has a point; three, actually:
1. Is there any way to meaningfully work around this problem?
2. Is there any indication of when the devs are fixing this?
3. I wonder what deep-fried potato wedges taste like...

It's already been fixed. Reinstall the game to get to the new version.
